Birth: Jul. 10, 1915 Danvers McLean County Illinois, USA Death: Jul. 17, 1991 Bloomington McLean County Illinois, USA BLOOMINGTON, IL - William L. Waller, 76, of 1017 S. Mercer Ave. died at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 1991, at Bloomington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born July 10, 1915, in Danvers to Samuel and Lizzie Jones Waller, he married Grace Lesher on Dec. 16, 1944, in Normal. She survives. Also surviving are three sons, James of Morton, Lester of Hillsboro, Ore., and Robert of Bloomington; two daughters, Elizabeth Ross of Miami and Cathy Turner of Bloomington; one brother, Henry Clifton of Hudson; three sisters, Maxie Redfairn of Carlock, Laura Smith of Normal and Nora Smith of Horseshoe Bend, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. He was a machinist for Beich Candy Co. He was a member of East White Oak Bible Church in rural Carlock. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.
