His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home, Morton, the Rev. Mike Kovalcik officiating. A private burial service will be Wednesday at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Morton. Visitation will be one hour before the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Survivors include his wife, JoAnn; his mother Pauline Hohstadt, Morton; one daughter, Kathy Gregory, Naperville; one son, David Wright, DelMar, Calif.; two sisters, Hannah Guth, Deer Creek; and Hilda Schieber, Morton; one brother Albert Hohstadt, Peoria; and three grandchildren.
