- Kenneth L. “Ken” Stetzler, 73, of Morton, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
He was born on June 21, 1950, in Peoria, to Manuel and Annabelle (Brecher) Stetzler. Kenneth married Carol Fiepke on June 25, 1977, in Marengo, Ill.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Stetzler of Morton; children, Erin (Brian) Clark and Ryan Stetzler both of Morton; grandchildren, Owen, Brody, Drew, Scarlet, Nora, Maya and Caleb; and sister, Jeanne (Jake) Plattner of Bend, Ore.
Ken taught for Mason City and later for Peoria Public School District 150, Peoria Notre Dame and Illinois Central College.
He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton
