  	Miss Carrie M. Joos, 64, of 1023 E Corrington Ave., who was one of four persons injured in an auto accident May 19 on War Memorial drive, died at 6 pm yesterday in Methodist Hospital where she had been a patient since the crash. A resident of Peoria for 40 years and of the above address the past 20 years, Miss Joos was born Aug 10, 1902 at Alta, the daughter of Ernest and Louise Aupperle Joos. She was a member of the Sheridan Road Apostolic Christian Church. She is survived by seven brothers, John G Joos, of Princeville, William of Deer Creek; Frederick St., of Washington; George, or Morton; and Paul, Ben and Same Joos, all of East Peoria; foour sisters, Mrs. William (Bertha) Michel, of Tremont; Miss Frieda Joos, with whom she made her home; Mrs. Robert (Emma) Ackerman, of Deer Creek; and Mrs. Harold (Louise) Winemiller, of Washington; 19 nieces and 18 nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Thursday at Wright & Salmon Mortuary and at 1:30 pm in Sheridan Road Apostolic Christian Church. The church ministers will officiate. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm tomorrow and burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sheridan Road Apostolic Christian Church.
