  	Margaret Sarah Meisinger, 93, of Ft. Madison, Iowa, formerly of Metamora, Illinois, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 1, 2017 in Ft. Madison, Iowa. She was born July 28, 1924 in Speer, Illinois to Emil and Lena (Musselman) Joos. She married Roy Meisinger on November 29, 1968 in Green Valley, Illinois. He preceded her in death on February 3, 2006 in Metamora, IIllinois. She is also preceded in death by four brothers, Walter, Robert, Charles and Duane Joos as well as her son-in-law, Robert “Dennie” Untz. She is survived by three children, Lawrence “Larry” (Rosemary) Williams of Cedar Point, Illinois, Patricia Happ of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Cheryl Untz of Ft. Madison, Iowa; twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and one great great grandson; one brother, Christian Joos of Arizona and many nieces and nephews. Margaret worked in food service at the Illinois Department of Mental Health from 1956 until 1989. She then worked from 1989 until retirement in 2005 at the Apostolic Christian Skyline Home in Peoria. Margaret loved pouring her life out for the blessing of others in service to her Lord. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in East Peoria and most recently attended the Victory Faith Community Church in Ft. Madison, Iowa.
